This policy explains how NexArc Gaming Cafe ("NexArc", "we", "us"), Shop No. 1, Acme Complex, Bldg. No. 2 CHS Ltd, off Inorbit Mall, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400104, handles personal information collected through nexarcgaming.com.

What we collect

• Booking details: name, mobile number, optional email, date/time, setup, number of players and any notes you add.
• Account details (if you log in): your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Payment reference: if you prebook, the UPI transaction reference and payer name you enter. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank or card details — payments happen inside your UPI app.
• Visit history: sessions played, hours and amounts billed, and loyalty hours.

How we use it

• To hold and confirm your booking, verify prepayments and contact you on WhatsApp or phone about it.
• To show your bookings, receipts and loyalty hours in your account.
• To run the cafe (billing, records required by law). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it's stored

Data is stored securely with our service providers Supabase (database and login) and Netlify (website hosting). Google sign-in is provided by Google. These providers process data only to run this website.

How long we keep it

Booking and billing records are kept for as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

• You can book without an account.
• You can update your name and phone in My account.

Cookies

We use only the browser storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your session. No advertising cookies.

If we update this policy we'll change the date above.
